The Duritan pan is heated to over 300°C.
Oyster sauce is applied and spread.
The pan is placed back on the flame and heated again to over 300°C.
The burnt-on residue can then be easily wiped away with a dishcloth.
No residues or stains whatsoever.

Residues can then be removed with difficulty and an additional brush.
However, stains remain that cannot be removed.
